So I have a new movie up, called Tired of All These Star Wars:
I'll need to put up another movie soon, so I can bring down the percentage of my videos that have Star Wars references down to 0.5 again.

Here's a video trying to pitch the concept of "Animascope."

This is a pretty sweet behind-the-scenes for a stop-motion sequence. I like the use of different measuring devices, like the wooden dowels and the tape on the carpet.
Grandma's Cheese

I'm fascinated by the liquidy squeeze cheese. It moves in such a liquidy fashion and I have no idea how to pull that off, it's remarkable. I must discern its secrets.
I made an animated short called Sticks to the Wall. It played at the 90 second quickies:

This is pretty sweet. It's behind the scenes when making The Mighty Atom (AKA Astro Boy)

It is pretty good about showing the entire process from start to finish. Plus a huge retro element, since it's all painted cells, plus the smoking animators and the clear division between the men's jobs and the women's jobs. But it's a testament to how factory-like their process is that the narrator says, "it usually takes days for them to produce an episode."
Also, this is the best picture ever:

I kind of forgot to mention, I helped make a 48 hour movie. It was animated.

It's based on a true story from Manitoba's history.
Man, this stuff is crazy cool and weird:

This guy creates animations in clay and then slices the clay open and photographs them. Like, since he just needs to produce a 2D image, he then replicated time through the extra dimension of space. So it's a kind of unusual way of approaching animation or moving pictures.
Another animation test for myself. I just wanted to try out different ways of moving this guy's arms.
