Started some crapshoot wine today, recipe is 10 cans of frozen grape juice, 2 cans of frozen apple juice, water to match, and red wine yeast.

Well, it’s red grape juice, so it’s got age a little more than white grape juice would have to. Give it a couple months.
I’ve had a couple glasses of it. I’ve had worse. It is lighter than I’d like. If I try it again, I’ll beef up the volume of concentrate.
